BaseCap Invest

In a Nutshell: BaseCap delivers high profit margin projects for small syndicates of sophisticated investors. Each project is developed as a “ring fenced” single asset project for each investor syndicate, and has a defined exit strategy from the outset.

BaseCap is a Sydney-based property company that provides property and loan investment products for the Australian Investor Market.

BaseCap’s project focus are Industrial and Residential Land Subdivisions and built projects in Sydney’s Growth Corridors, such as Marsden Park, Austral, Leppington and Western Sydney Aerotropolis.

BaseCap typically develops each site to sell the completed project, not to hold and lease. We target large Profit Margins of Projects, and are therefore Not reliant on appreciation in property asset prices to generate investor returns. This strategy shortens the investment term risk whilst providing a defined exit strategy for investors.

As a guide, our completed subdivision projects are valued at circa $60M, with minimum Investor amounts of $50K.
